I follow the instruction: 1.检索URP文件生成的using the real robot (not using RoboDK or the UR simulator) 2. Open your robot in RoboDK. You'll find your UR robot in the RoboDK library. You can also use a UR robot available in one of your existing RoboDK stations. 3. SelectTools-Run Script 4. SelectUR_LoadControllerKinematics 5. Select the URP file extracted from the robot controller.
But I receive an error message as attached. Unknown problem

I use the UR5 library for sure. I have updated the RoboDK from V5.2.1 to the latest version V5.2.2. then, I have retried by drag and drop of the urp file to the project and it finally worked.
Hi there, I'm having difficulties updating my UR5e's robot specific kinematics into RoboDK and wondered if I am doing something incorrect.
I have followed the procedure and have retrieved urcontrol.config from the UR5e's controller (image 1), chosen the UR5e robot from RoboDK's library, selected UR_LoadControllerKinematics from Tools-Run Script, and then finally tried to import the file into RoboDK by dragging and selecting it but no pop-up confirmation has appeared; as shown in the RoboDK manual.
I've double checked in the parameters window in the UR5e panel (Image 2) by selecting Use controller kinematics but an error message pops-up as shown.
