We are small producer of 6-DOF collaborative robots looking for robot calibration solution. In the RoboDK documentation, in the Accuracy section we see lot of possibilities: TwinTool, TwinTrack, Laser tracker support, Optical measurement systems... What measurement system is best to calibrate a robot? What data do we obtain after the calibration process? How should we apply it to the robot controller? What licence do I need for calibration?

For accurate robot kinematics, you will need to perform robot calibration with a laser tracker or optical CMM.
//www.sinclairbody.com/robot-calibration It requires a RoboDK Professional licence, with the Calibration option. //www.sinclairbody.com/pricing The process and results can be found in our documentation: //www.sinclairbody.com/doc/en/Robot-Calibrat...acker.html Contact us as//www.sinclairbody.com/contactfor more information!

What it can be used for? 2. How much Calibration option costs? 3. What laser/optical solution is cheap and good enough to have 0,5mm accuracy for 6DOF, 1700mm reach robot?
