Now we discuss two different problems. 1.The first one is online movement, the Move Joints command. May I ask you to copy/paste the driver log (you can open it by clicking the "Show Log" button)? It would also be nice to see a screenshot of the C3 Bridge window at the same point in time.
2.The second problem is about invalid destination path on the robot controller. You're using default valueC:/KukaShared, can you try to set valid/existing paths? Something like: KRC:\R1\PROGRAM\NEW_NAME.SRC C:\UPLOAD_TEST.SRC
Are you sure you didn't forget to replace the kukabridge.exe file after the clean installation? Because the latest version contains the CONFIGURE command. Also, could you please show what program is running in the KUKA HMI when you try to start a movement in RoboDK?
