DENSO Connection

#1
Hello! I am using RoboDK to move my DENSO robot (VS-6556G with RC7 controller). When I am executing "connect robot" the log shows "Can not take robot arm! Done!"

Can I please have assistance on this? The ping successfully transmits, so I do not think it's that. Thanks

I also have the same problem. Any luck finding a solution?

Jeremy

My robot is Denso VP-6242G, RC7M controller. I follow these steps
- Choose processor "Denso PAC"
- Connect to IP of robot controller, port: 5007
but RoboDK cannot connect to robot controller.

"Starting robot driver: C:/RoboDK/api/robot/apidenso.exeStarting...
Error: Process failed to start: Unknown error 0x000000d8. (id 0)
Cannot start C:/RoboDK/api/robot/apidenso.exe
Failed
Stopped"

我试着打开apidenso.exe的记事本,但不能see data to change.
Please help me know how to fix this issue.

One thing is choosing your robot post processor, which allows you to generate a program offline. A different thing is to setup the driver, which allows you to connect directly to the robot and move the robot from your computer.

Are you using the latest version of RoboDK for Windows 64 bit? If not, can you provide us with more information about this issue and how we can reproduce it?

I install RoboDK for Windows 32 bit, choose Denso PAC.
I can connect Controller by RobMaster, but cannot connect Controller by RoboDK.
Please check attached pictures.
Thank you,

I believe you are looking for a way to generate programs offline. In this case, you can simply generate a program offline by pressing F6. You'll find more information about generating program here:
//www.sinclairbody.com/doc/en/Robot-Programs...ateProgram

Connecting to robots requires using robot drivers and allows you to move the robot directly from RoboDK.

In any case we are unable to reproduce this issue. Can you try using the 64 bit version of RoboDK? What version of Windows are you using?
