3D printing with the robot - Reduction of points

#1
我们是starting with the 3D printing with the robots. We use some slicers for the generating of G- code and then we import this G-code to the ROBODK and use the post-processor for the relevant robot. Problem is the size of the generated code can be too big. Is th
ere some way how to reduce the number of points generated for the G-code or for the robot native code ?

Hi,

We are used to dealing with Fanuc small memory issues.
Look for other post mentioning dripfeed or drip feed.

It should work with the standard post-processor.

"Tools"->"Options"->"Program"->"Limit the maximum number of lines per program".

Hi, Thanks for the fast answer. But I would like to reduce number of points in the robot program as well. Is there any setting for this problem ?

Not sure to understand.
Do you mean reduce the point density?
