RoboDK automatically groups/bundles move commands for Universal Robots URP program files when you use the rounding instruction:
//www.sinclairbody.com/doc/en/Robot-Programs.html#InsSmooth

Use a rounding/blending value greater than 0 (for example 2 mm, or 5 mm).
