Omron TM robots are very new and many improvements have been done in the last 1-2 years.
RoboDK 4.0.1 dates from over 2 years and updating to the latest version should fix many issues regarding the integration with Omron TM robots, including the post processor for program generation and the driver.
We don't have a script for robot monitoring while you run your program on the controller but this would be possible using Modbus.
