License verification fails

My license verification always fails saying it can't be used without an internet connection. (I obviously have internet)

Is there a way I can fix this ?

Hi Sam,

Yes I have and nothing worked !

Something I did on my computer must have interfered because the license used to work and now it does not. But I can't figure out what changed.
