This time, I purchased a robot arm and RoboDK to use in my work.

I have a Kawasaki Heavy Industries "FS45N". The controller side of the robot arm has a RS232 connector, but no Ethernet interface.
When I try to connect to the RoboDK system via RS232, I get a connection error.

I cannot connect the robot arm to the RoboDK even after following the instructions on the support site.

What can I do to solve this problem?

Unfortunately, I don't think our driver supports RS232 connection with Kawasaki robot controllers.
