would you be able to provide more details? the best option available highly depends on your specifics.
  • What CAM software are you using?
  • do you have the XYZIJK on a text file? CSV?
  • what do you need to do with the XYZWPR?

You can import a file with points in XYZIJK format by going to Utilities⮕Import Curves.
