Windows11 v5.3 Bug
#1
Hello
My OS is Windows 11.
I have upgraded v5.25 to v5.3.
In v5.25, when click 'Show camera' on the set camera after App drop down.

When I contacted the dealer, it seems that it worked fine on Windows 10.

To debug this issue it would help if you can follow these steps:
  1. Close RoboDK
  2. Start RoboDK by double clicking the file:
    C:/RoboDK/RoboDK-Debug.bat
  3. Try to reproduce the problem in RoboDK until it crashes.
  4. Right after the crash, provide us with this file:
    C: / RoboDK / bin / RoboDK.debug.txt

Thank you for the file. It looks like you loaded an RDK file that provoked the crash. Can you provide us with the RDK file?

I'm unable to reproduce this issue on Windows 10.

Did you have issues with RoboDK v5.2.5 on Windows 11?
Can you provide more information about how to reproduce the crash?

You can find older versions of RoboDK here:

v5.2.5 works fine on Win11.

v5.3 on Win11
Select camera show menu.
App will drop.

Strange... Can you try placing the camera to the root of the station? (attached to the station item)
You can still link the camera to the TCP.
Do you still see a crash?
