Can you give more information on the issue?

If you created the robot in RoboDK, make sure to select the correct post processor.
Right click on the robot -> Select Post Processor

I can create a program. but I cannot transfer the program I created to my robot. I'm pinging, but when I say connect robot, it fails.

You should try transferring your program manually first.
"Right-click" the program -> "Generate robot program" -> RoboDK will generate the program.
Load it on the controller and test it.

We don't have a driver for the Kawasaki yet, so "Run on robot" won't work.
"Sent to robot" requires you to set up an FTP transfer. I'm not familiar enough with Kawasaki to know if it supports such a feature.
