Hello,
I have a problem with Robodk and robot (Fanuc LR mate 200id/7l) communication.
they can ping each other but cannot connect.

also I did what is in this part ://www.sinclairbody.com/doc/en/Robots-Fanuc.html#DriverFanuc

but in step "d. Select Shift-Reset and Shift-Forward to start the program" I do not receive any message or progress on teach pendant.

Would you mind giving me a clue?

There are probably 2 or more physical Ethernet connectors in the Fanuc robot controller. I recommend you to connect to the correct one. If you are not sure you can try both.

I would also recommend you to turn off your firewall (and antivirus if you have) while troubleshooting.
