Hi All,

Hope you all had a good xmas.

Has anyone got some tips for using DK on a 4K screen?
I tried to set the dpi setiings in w10 but i'm getting or huge icons or super small.

Hi Rick,
Make sure you close RoboDK and open RoboDK again if you change screen settings.
Let me know if that doesn't help.

Hi Rick,

I noticed the same kind of issue will providing training to a customer recently.
We figured out the issue came from the fact that the laptop screen (main screen for Windows) was 4K, but the second screen (with RDK on) was 1080.
The only thing we did was close RDK, setting the 1080p screen as the main Windows screen, relaunch RDK.
So maybe the issue is the same on your end but the other way around.
